Current Role:
Roland is an experienced engineer in Total Quality Management, certified IRCA auditor (ISO 9001 & 45001), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Product Safety and Conformity Representative (PSCR). He has strong expertise in quality, health & safety, environmental management, and sustainable development.

Leadership Experience:

• Currently serving as General Manager of the Compagnie Ivoirienne d’Hévéa (CIH) since November 2023.

• Extensive background as a plant manager, quality director, and HSE manager.

• Skilled in change management, strategic planning, and operational optimization.

• Proven experience leading large teams (200+ employees) while maintaining positive workplace relations and social harmony.

Technical Skills:

• Implementation and management of integrated management systems in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

• Mastery of problem-solving tools and methods such as FMEA, Ishikawa diagram, 8D, and SWOT analysis.

• Proficient in office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully led multiple ISO certification and recertification audits.

• Spearheaded projects that earned national recognition, including the Eco-Citizen Excellence Award for best sustainable company in Côte d’Ivoire.

• Achieved client accreditations with major international partners such as Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone, and Continental.
